Can I study civil engineering course in NPTEL after completing 1st year in civil engineering in B.Tech. Can I give any government exam.

Hi Rakesh for being eligible for any government Exam. You should be an graduate. So if you are getting a degree yes you are eligible.

No dear you can't. As NPTEL Certificate is like Diploma not a degree. Please Upvote my answer if you got help.
