Can I study in a regular college for PG after BA literature from IGNOU as distance education?

Asked about IGNOU - Indira Gandhi National Open University - B.Sc. (Hons.) in Anthropology

I'm not a UG yet. I was studying BDS which I quit because of the tough syllabus. Now, I would like to take up BA from IGNOU.
