Can I study in Canada if I had 1 year of gap and had a compartment in graduation exams?

Gap year is not a problem, if you are looking at studying in Canada. However, the compartment can be a cause for concern from the visa perspective. You can get admission in some non-SPP colleges, and also SPP colleges, if you apply directly without any agency help. You haven't mentioned if you have
