Can I study in Emory University without ELP scores?

<p>At Emory University, applicants who do not use English as their primary language must demonstrate the ability to be successful in a rigorous English-speaking environment. Also, applicants must be fluent in written and spoken English at the time they apply. In order to fulfill this criteria, students must submit their English proficiency exam scores. However, students can skip submitting their ELP scores if they can demonstrate exceptional command of the English language through any one of the following criteria:</p><ul><li>A 700+ Evidence-based Reading and Writing score on the <a href="https://www.shiksha.com/studyabroad/exams/sat">SAT</a> OR</li><li>A 30+ English subset score on the <a href="https://www.shiksha.com/studyabroad/exams/act">ACT</a> OR</li><li>Spending the most recent four years in a school where English is the language of instruction for all academic subjects.</li></ul><p>If a candidate does not meet that conditions listed above, they are required to submit their <a href="https://www.shiksha.com/studyabroad/exams/ielts">IELTS</a>/<a href="https://www.shiksha.com/studyabroad/exams/toefl">TOEFL</a>/<a href="https://www.shiksha.com/studyabroad/exams/duolingo">Duolingo</a> score.
