Can I study in Germany if I don't know German language?

Yes, for Master degree, many universities offer courses in English. You don't need German language for class. But for daily life, like shopping or talking to landlord, learning basic A1 or A2 level German is very helpful. For Bachelor courses, it is hard to find English options, mostly they ask for C1 German.
