Can I study in Pittsburg State University without IELTS?

<p><a href="https://www.shiksha.com/studyabroad/usa/universities/pittsburg-state-university/admissions">Pittsburg State University's admission requirements</a> for international students comprise of proof of proficiency in the English language as a major entry requirement. However, students can manage to secure admission in Pitt State without an ELP score if they meet at least one of the criteria listed below:</p><ul><li>Received a Baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university in the United States; OR</li><li>Successfully Completed the highest level of Intensive English Program (Academic Preparation Course) at Pittsburg State University. (It is equivalent to a&nbsp;<a href="https://www.shiksha.com/studyabroad/exams/toefl">TOEFL</a> 79 or <a href="https://www.shiksha.com/studyabroad/exams/ielts">IELTS</a> 6.5 or <a href="https://www.shiksha.com/studyabroad/exams/pte">PTE</a> 53 score and can be substituted for the English proficiency exam score requirement.)</li></ul><p>Students must note that enrollment in PSU's IEP does not guarantee that a student satisfies the academic standards for admission into a program. The successful completion of the Pittsburg State University's Intensive English Program (IEP) may be substituted for a TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE score, unless otherwise indicated.</p>
