Can I study in Saarland without IELTS/TOEFL?

<p>Saarland University requires all international applicants to prove the results of a standardized aptitude test and English language skills by means of a recognised language certificate (<a href="https://www.shiksha.com/studyabroad/exams/ielts">IELTS</a>/<a href="https://www.shiksha.com/studyabroad/exams/toefl">TOEFL</a>/Cambridge) in order to secure an admission in the university. Also, as an alternative to the aptitude test, successful participation in an international science/computer science/mathematics Olympiad can also be provided as an additional qualification in addition to English language skills. However, if a candidate is unable to provide an additional qualification in the form of an aptitude test (<a href="https://www.shiksha.com/studyabroad/exams/sat">SAT</a>/<a href="https://www.shiksha.com/studyabroad/exams/act">ACT</a>) or participation in an Olympiad, or if they are unable to provide English language proficiency through a recognised language certificate, then they can apply to participate in an online, oral university entrance test (interview). Students must note that the number of seats for the online interview may be limited. Hence, if they wish to participate in the interview, they must submit their application the latest by June 15.</p>
