At the University of San Francisco, if English is the candidate's native language or if the majority of their education has not been taught in English, they are required to submit a proof of their English proficiency as part of their application. USF accepts official results TOEFL, IELTS and Duolingo. However, if the candidate can fulfill any condition listed below, they do not need to submit their English language proficiency (ELP) scores:
