Yes, many mid-tier and state universities in the USA accept 60-65% from Indian boards. However, Ivy League and top-50 universities in the USA typically expect 85%+. A holistic profile (SAT scores, extracurriculars, SOP) can partially offset a moderate percentage at mid-ranked institutions.
