Can I study in USA or Australia for MS in chemical engineering? I have scored 56% in B.Tech chemical engineering.

Your scores are less and it will create problem while getting visa.

USA is a tough call with just 56%. Check options in Australia. You need to research yourself on the universities, visit the admission requirement pages and check the requirements. You will find options, don't worry and prepare for IELTS too.
