Can I study interior design without clearing backlogs?

I want to study interior design in abroad but I have 3 backlogs.

No you cannot take admission abroad with backlogs. The best scheme for you would be to take admission in a college which we can say provisional, that is you take admission in a lower degree and inform the college about your compartment. Then before the last date of admission you can give the college
