Yes, you can study MSc maths after BBA. However, I won't recommend going for it, as if you really have a passion for maths, doing other courses in maths specialization would be better for your career. All the best.

I recommend MBA. You'll get more exposure and many more opportunities.

You can make but the scope for it will be less I guess. As it is a management degree it will focus more on management so it will not focus on mathematics it will be best suited to MBA. If you really want to go for mathematics you can either go for B.Sc maths or stats and M.Sc maths.
