I have completed BMLT course and now I am thinking to do M.Sc. Microbiology (general).

    Yes, definitely you can study M.Sc. In microbiology. Some top colleges for M.Sc. Microbiology are-
    Madras Christian College, Presidency College Chennai, Fergusson College Pune, St. Xavier's College Kolkata etc.
