Can i study masters in mechatronics here, i did mechanical engineering as B.Tech. in nigeria

I finished with a CGPA of 2.55 in mechanical engineering in rivers state university of science and technology nigeria last year 2012 and i wish to go for my masters in mechatronics. what do you advise, do i first do a post graduate degree or can i go ahead for the masters degree in mechatronics.
