Definitely you can go ahead with MBA from Mumbai University as MBA asks for:
1. Graduation with any discipline from a recognized university
2. Scores of entrance exams like CAT/MAT/CET.
Since you come from Animation background, you can go for MBA with a specialization in Animation or 3D or
