Can I study mechanical or civil engineering in your college?

Asked about GITA - Gandhi Institute for Technological Advancement - B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering

I have scored 67.3% in +2 science and have got 3,16,206 all India JEE(Main) rank. My caste is OBC and scored 46 marks in JEE Main exam.

    No, in OJEE counselling, there's no reservation for OBC and your rank is too low for any of the branches in VSSUT.

    Hello soumya,
    To get enrolled for B.Tech programmes in GITA- Bhubneshwar, you should have minimum aggregate of 45% in physics, chemistry, Maths/Biology, Computer Science and as you belong to OBC category, 49 is the cutoff score for this category in JEE Mains exam. Do call in this institute, as chances for getting admission are rare because your score is 46.
