Can i study microbiology with physics chemistry biology as my choice for 10+2? also tell me the best universities for this course

Hello i am in a dilemma to chose my subjects as i am entering 11th an i want to take bio so i want to know more about microbiology as i want to do it .please tell me if microbiology has a good scope or not for higher studies and for making my career.
