    Hi Saranya, There are many good universities that provide M.Des in fashion, Interior, and Product design, and more. To name a few:
    1. IILM University Gurugram
    2. Pearl Academy
    3. NID
    4. NIFT

    As per your interest, if you really want to do postgraduate fashion designing course after Bachelor of Engineering, you can do. But, your profile has been totally changed after doing fashion designing course. There are many institute and colleges for fashion design. I would suggest you, RIMT University in Punjab offers the postgraduate fashion designing courses.
