Yes it is possible to study in Canada without IELTS, provided one satisfies any of the requirements listed below:
- Have attained valid scores in alternative langauge test scores such as TOEFL, PTE or Cambridge English
- Have studied in an English-medium school for a period of four or more years
- Are a native of an English-speaking nation
- Have attended the university's language school for one semester or year
- Have worked in an English-speaking country for a predetermined time
