Can I stydy mastet of pharmacy in germany after completing my becholor of pharmacy in india?

Hello sir!my name is raj and I completed my 12th on year 2019 my score was not good. I got only 54% in 12th and this time I study my becholor of pharmacy so if I score good in my B.Pharma so can I get admission in master of pharmacy (M.Pharma)course in germany in any colleges or university.
