Can I submit Caste Certificate in NEET for a college to recognize me as OBC or can't change it?

Suppose I give NEET. I belong to OBC category but somehow fail to submit NCL Certificate in application. Ofcourse I will get a seat as per General category cutoff.

Yes. You can submit the documents later to get recognised as an OBC candidate but this won't change your seat. This will only help you gain fee benefits given to OBC students from the next year.
