Can I submit some other document apart from DD as I need to submit the DD in GGSIPU for MBBS and banks will be closed on Tuesday?

I believe you must confirm from an applicable official of the institution as I believe the university may bring extension and as for you, it's a lesson that you must not keep things for last moment.
