Can I submit study certificate instead of bonafide certificate?

No, it depends on what the college requires. If it has mentioned such flexibility, then you can choose to exercise. Otherwise, if it is strict then go for bonafide, if they have asked for that.

No I was applying for a scholarship so I asked. If I submit that instead is there any chance of rejection?
