Dear Richa, You will have complete independence to choose your specialization irrespective of your experience. It's true that some marketing companies prefer students with minimal work experience. But it is doesn't hold true for all Marketing companies. All the Best!

Right. It's just that I have heard that many of the marketing companies do not even shortlist people with exp of 3 or more years, and hence the question: if u have seen people switching their specialisation successfully at fms after 4 years of exp?
