Can I take a job for the post of untrained Teacher in UP basic education department under dying harness rules?

I am currently pursuing B.Ed. I have passed B.Tech (Mechanical). So, is there any chance to get job as a teacher in place of my father who has died during service in UP basic education department without doing B.Ed.

In terms of Sympathy you will get job under Government but to get the same job of your father you need to have basic criteria for the appointment in the education field. Or else you will be given option according to your qualification and your father might have worked when B.Ed was not mandatory. Now it's mandatory for school education. Since yours will be new appointment. Criteria is mandatory.
