Sir, I have got the master's degree in Rural Development from T.U. Nepal with first division(64.3%) , now I would like to pursue M.Phil. degree in Rural Development specially focusing on Planning and policies .Please advise me the procedures of admission and the possibilities of scholarships.

yes you can join for BA social work as Eligibility :
10+2 with minimum 50% of marks and 40% for SCs/STs
