can i take admission directly in 2nd year b.tech after compleing 1st yr.b.tech from diffrent university.
i have completed my 1st yr b.tech from an private engg. college in HP under HPTU...bt i want to change this college and want to take admission in other university?if it is possible then please tell me about universities(govt. or private) where i can take admission.please help!!

Hi Harsh, as per migration norms, it differs from one college to another. One can migrate from one college to another but, migrating from university to another is not possible. I would suggest you to contact the university officials for detailed information regarding it.

You can not change university but can change college within the same university. For this procedure, you require NOC from your current college and there must be a seat available in the college where you want transfer.
