NIOS is considered equivalent to any state/central board and hence you are eligible to apply if you have the requisite percentage.

Yes, surely Divesh you can try for B.Com in DU colleges. But you will require a higher score of marks.

NIOS has same value as compared to other board. You can apply for Delhi University for B.Com.
