Can I take admission for BBA at IP University with another university's TC and Migration?

I did my 12th in 20-21 and I had taken admission in B.Com at Mohan Lal Sukhadiya University (MLSU) in Rajasthan but I want to continue my studies in management so I want to take admission in BBA at IP University. Am I eligible to take admission in IPU with MLSU migration and TC?

You must passed your 10+2 with a minimum of 55% marks (Arts, Science, commerce). You must get a qualifying score in GGSIPU-CET (COMMON ENTRANCE TEST) conducted for the admissions in the various courses of the university.
