Hello Aditya, DTE of Tech Education of every state has a matrix on its website indicating eligible branches of Diploma for each and every branch of engineering for lateral admission. I suggest you download this tabular information, which will answer issue about your state.

Hi, This time I too was not able to find out except one line in downloaded pdf file "appropriate" branch of Diploma. http://www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in/index.html#.
