Can I take admission for LLB (3rd year) in BHU?
Asked about Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University - LL.B. (Hons.)
What is the percentage required in graduation? I am a BA LLB student (3rd year).

No, you cannot take admission for LLB (3rd year) in BHU if you are already a BA LLB student (3rd year). BHU offers only 5-year integrated LLB (Hons.) course and does not offer lateral entry to 3rd year.
The minimum percentage required in graduation for admission to BHU - LL.B. (Hons.) is 50% for General Category students and 45% for SC/ST/PWD students.
Here are the eligibility criteria for admission to BHU - LL.B. (Hons.):
* The candidate must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate for General Category students and 40% marks for SC/ST/PWD students.

Well, being a student of integrated law course would act as a hindrance taking admission into any course that requires an undergraduate degree.
So, while you are pursuing your BA LLB even in your 3rd year, you are not considered a graduate anyways. The degree shall be valid only once after your 5 years.
So for purpose of your admission in 3-year LLB course at BHU, I fear you can't apply.
You might have applied if you had an undergraduate degree as well beside your present course.
But, you are not eligible for such application.
