Can I take admission for M.Sc in any IIT or IISc if I qualify JAM in physics?

I have not studied maths in 11th and 12th and now I am doing B.Sc in physics.

Well, it depends in which stream you want to do M.Sc. If you want to do in Maths, Chemistry, Physics, biotechnology etc., and then that too from which IIT. For doing M.Sc in biotechnology from any IIT, you don't need Maths. But, for Chemistry you need to have Maths in class 11th and class 12th. So,

For physics, you need physics for at least two years and maths for minimum for 2 semesters in your college. It will work if you do not have maths in 11th and 12th. Using this qualification you can get into IITB, IITD, IITH, IITG, IITGN, IITI, IITJ, IITK, IITM, IITP, IITR and IITRPR.
