Can I take admission here for BE in chemical engineering through JEE Mains instead of KCET?

Yes, definitely, JEE Mains is considered as an eligibility criterion by some of the top universities for engineering. So it is likely that you might get admission. IIT, NIT, SRM, TIET, etc. consider JEE Mains as the main criteria in fact.
