    Yes, you can take admission in BA LLB(H) prog without appearing for CET but you will have to fulfil the admission criteria of that particular university that you are applying to.
    For targeting NLUs you must appear for CLAT 2021 and for best Universities in India which are offering law programes you may consider the following colleges-
    IILM University, Gurugram
    Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi
    Lovely Professional University, Punjab
    University of Mumbai, Mumbai
    Symbiosis Law School, Pune
    Chandigarh University, Chandigarh
    National Law University, Orissa
    Indore Institute of Law, Indore
    O.P Jindal University, Sonipat

    For getting admission in Bharti Vidhyapeeth New Law college it is compulsory to give CET which is conducted by the college itself without that you cannot get admission in the college

    It's mandatory for you to appear for the CET exam. Without that, the college will not allow you to continue your studies. It's a gate pass to join the course.
