Can I take admission in A.M.E. After completing Diploma in mechanical engineering?

Yes, Miss you can. But let me tell you something A.M.E. Is a 3 to 4 years license course and not a graduation course and graduation this days is necessary, though you will earn well after A.M.E. But these days a graduation certificate is also necessary. So, I would like to suggest first go for B.Tech/B.E and after B.Tech/B.E if you don't get a job than go for A. M.E Thank You.
