Can I take admission in any good college on the basis of my last year scores?
My last year JEE mains score is 108 and 70 percent in RBSE board. While counseling, I was in ICU.

there are very limited universities those will give admissions on last year score.
all the IITs and NITs are excluded from this procedure.
