Can I take admission in B.Tech 2nd year at SGSITS, Indore after completing B.Tech 1st year from private college?

It's almost impossible to get a transfer from one private college to a government college. Private college will demand that you pay full fees and then leave. Then there is a question of equivalence of courses in different universities. The best option for you is to leave this college and apply afresh in the admission process for the 1st year. -
SGSITS takes in take mainly from government colleges as far as I know. You can ask for more details from college helpline number which is available on the website.
