Hello Rajul,
It's almost impossible to get a transfer from one private college to a government college. Private college will demand that you pay full fees and then leave. Then there is a question of equivalence of courses in different universities. The best option for you is to leave this college a

SGSITS takes in take mainly from government colleges as far as I know. You can ask for more details from college helpline number which is available on the website.
