can i take admission in B .Tech on the basic of good result in BCA. which branches are good for me.
i am still doing BCA (thid samester) and wants to admission in B.Tech( third or fourth samester ) after BCA.

BCA and then B.Tech. Please don't do this. Try for M.C.A or field related to computer at postgraduate level. It will be equivalent to engineering degree and a good paying one. Why you want to go one step back in career ?

After the BCA the best course for you is MCA Because. If you are Interested in Computer Field Then MCA is best And Primary Option for You And after completing MCA you will get good Job in top IT companies with good Salary Pacakage.
And If you are Not go with MCA course and Intrested
