I suggest you to complete your 12th first and after that, you can do B.Sc. because it will provide you with more opportunities to know every department of the stream and it will develop your personality.

I suggest you to complete your Diploma 1st, because for Bachelor degree, you have to complete your 12th, which you have not completed.
