Yes, you can take admission, but, why do you want to do BCA after B.Tech? You already have a degree which is more worth than BCA, instead go for some certificate course in programming. You will learn more than an MCA graduate if you land a job based on your B.Tech.

It is somewhat unheard of, but not impossible, to pursue a BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) after earning a B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology). A minimum qualification of passing the 10+2 with a certain percentage and subjects—usually mathematics—is usually required for admission to a BCA programme. Universities may take your application into consideration given your advanced degree (B.Tech), but it's important to confirm the specific institution's policy on such matters. It is also important to clearly explain this transition's reasoning because the admissions process may raise doubts about it.
