Yes, you've chances of getting a Delhi University with 76 % marks.you are from general category, you have decent chance of getting college. but with such low percentage (as comparing to delhi university's cutoff) it is really very difficult to get a seat in delhi university, as you know cutoff of delhi university really goes high not every student managed to get a seat. So please visit Delhi University offical website for admission updated information.

It is possible to get admission in Delhi University with 76% marks from Bihar Board in PCM stream, but it will depend on the cut-offs for the year you are applying. In general, the cut-offs for DU are higher for general category students than for reserved category students. For example, the cut-off for admission to Computer Science (Hons.) in North Campus in 2022 was 97% for general category students, but it was only 88% for reserved category students.

You can check the cut-offs for previous years to get an idea of what the cut-offs are likely to be for the year you are applying. You can find the cut-offs on the DU website.
