    Yes, you can take admission on the basis of your JEE main marks. Their basic requirement is 50%marks in 12th (PCM). It is a 4-year course which has a fee range of 40,000 to 1.2 lakhs. There are lots of opportunities like food scientist, process manager, food sales representative, etc. Some colleges which offer this course are:
    Institute of Chemical Technology- Mumbai
    Faculty of Engineering and Technology- Kolkata
    Harcourt Butler Technical Institute- Kanpur
    Amity University- Noida
    University Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology- Chandigarh

    Hello Akhil,
    I am afraid admissions in LIT are based on MHCET rank and not on JEE Mains rank. However you have a chance to appear under all India quota seats. You can check procedure etc on the webpage of dte Maharashtra.
