No, there is no chance as 83% is very low. At least you need to have 95 plus for admission in Hansraj. Delhi University usually gave cutoff more than 95%. Year by year the cut off gets increased. It is one of the top colleges under DU so getting a seat in Hansraj is quite tough as most students drea

Nothing like that. They gave u a cutoff and that would be applicable for all however CBSE students will have to get a litter higher than the state but the overall cutoff remains same.
