IITs do not offer B.Sc maths degree course. However, some IITs offer integrated M.Sc courses in science subjects and maths. Admission to integrated M.Sc courses is by JEE Advanced score.

You do not require to do B.Sc. You will get M.Sc degree after 5 years.

Technical institutions like IITs and NITs don't offer B.Sc course but you may go for the integrated M.Sc course in maths. The procedure is same as you have mentioned.
