Dear friend,
As per my knowledge and my experience, you are definitely eligible for taking admission in integrated M.Sc chemistry without mathematics because there is no such criteria that you must have studied mathematics as a compulsory subject for doing M.Sc in chemistry or integrated M.Sc chemi

No, candidates from universities/institutes which do not offer major/honours must have at least 50% marks in chemistry as well as in aggregate with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the subject combination.
