Of course, you can take admission.

Yes, you can apply in LPU through JEE Main. You can also apply directly if you got 90% in your boards exam. You must score 60% marks in your boards exam in order to apply for LPU through JEE Main.

LPU also gives admission on the basis of JEE Mains.

Yes, of course, you can take admission with JEE Mains marks. If your JEE Mains marks are good, you will get scholarship also. You can apply for LPU entrance exam.

Yes, you either become eligible for admissions through JEE Mains or through LPU-NEST. Moreover, you should have more than 60% in boards. Also, I would prefer LPU-NEST as it lends a proportionally better scholarship that JEE.
