I am afraid, the eligibility for admission into M.Com stream is limited to the students who have completed their graduation in B.Com or BBA or equivalent streams of education, and engineering graduates are apparently not eligible to appear for M.Com. I think you need to think it over and then decide to do something different than m com. Here I would like to advise you to download the application form cum brochure of IGNOU the Distance Education University and go through its eligibility criteria for each of the course.
