No, you need to clean the Manipal University online entrance test to be able to get a seat in Manipal University.

To be frank I have no information on this. There's NRI quota in our college and there's a separate form that and to avail it you have to pay the fees in dollars. Every detail of it is given on the university website. www.manipal.edu. Even getting through NRI quota is not easy. There are a lot of people who want to get in through NRI quota. And its always beneficial if you have some contacts.
