can i take admission in mba even if i had 2 backlogs in my first year of bba . i have 87 percentile in mat entrance feb 2013. pls tell me.

i have 55 % in my 10th and 12th. i have 60 above % in my 4th and 5th semester of BBA but i have 2 compartments in my 2nd semester . can i take admission in mba in 2013. i also have 2 compartments in 1st year of which i have given the exam but result is awaited.
