    Yes, candidates can apply to the Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research for the MSc programme without qualifying for an entrance test. As per the MSc selection process of the Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research, candidates can fill out the non-SNAP application and apply for the MSc (CA) programme. However, the final selection of the candidates is dependent upon their performance in the PI & GE rounds.
